Top surgery – mastectomy

In the process of transsexual men’s transition, the mastectomy (FtM top surgery) is the first operation that starts the physical transformation. At Timeless Plastic Surgery, we perform mastectomy with various techniques that are tailored to the patient’s needs and take into account their anatomical structure.

 

The nipple graft technique is applied in patients with more developed glands. In patients with less developed glands and correct nipple positioning, we use the keyhole top surgery. This method avoids long scars and those that remain are hidden under the areola.
